You’ll practise with made-up business files and check the results yourself.

ACTIVITY 1 / CLIENT MEETINGS

Get ready for a client meeting.

The task
Notes, emails and a handover about one client, all in different places.
The goal
One clean page to prepare for a client meeting.
You’ll leave with
A one-page client summary in Word that you’ve checked yourself.
ACTIVITY 2 / SUPPLIER SPENDING

See what your suppliers cost.

The task
Two years of supplier bills that nobody has looked at together.
The goal
See where the money went and how the year compares with the budget.
You’ll leave with
An Excel workbook with formulas you can check.
Both tasks use the same four steps

Something to use
when you get back
to work.

  • A client summary you’ve made in Word.
  • A spending workbook you can change in Excel.
  • The workshop guide, with every prompt from the day.
  • A plan for one task in your own business.
  • A social content workflow you can adapt for your business.

Your practice files are yours to keep. If you get stuck, follow along with us or work with a partner.

Your take-home content pack

From an idea to a week of social posts.

Take home a workflow you can start using in your business. Give it your brand and source material. It helps make posts, carousels and short video explainers, then organises them in a weekly folder ready for you to check and publish.

You choose what goes live. The pack gives your team a simpler way to move from an idea to finished content.

You provide
  • Your logo
  • A short overview of your business
  • Content to work from
  • Where you want to publish
  1. Plan the post
  2. Design it

Good questions

A few things
to know.

Is this for me and my business?

Yes, if you’re an owner, manager or team lead in a small service business, such as a clinic, a studio, a local service or a busy office. You can be new to AI or already using it. We explain each step in plain English, so you don’t need to know any AI words. Bring a job you’d like help with, and your questions.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. We guide you through each step. You can work with a partner or follow the example on screen.

What should I bring?

A charged laptop with the Claude desktop app installed. We’ll email the practice files and a short setup guide before the day. Leave real customer, patient and staff records at work.

Do I need a paid AI account?

Yes. The hands-on tasks need a paid Claude plan and the Claude desktop app. We’ll send setup steps before the workshop.

Will I leave with a fully running system?

You’ll make Word and Excel files using our made-up examples, and take home the content pack to set up with your own business details. We won’t connect to your live systems in the workshop.

When is the next workshop, and what does it cost?

Thursday 29 October 2026. Seats are limited, and registrations close on Sunday 18 October or sooner if all seats are taken. We’ll contact you once your place is confirmed, with the time, venue, session length and fee.

Do I have to buy anything afterwards?

No. Everything you learn works without us. If you want help applying it to your own business, that’s a separate conversation.

What happens after I register?

We’ll read what you tell us about your business and contact you once your place is confirmed, with the time, venue and fee.

Your next step

about your business.

Seats are limited, so register early. Registrations close on Sunday 18 October, or sooner if all seats are taken. We’ll then let you know the time, venue and fee for the workshop.
